The event will promote collaboration among scholars, strengthen regional research capacity, and encourage global dialogue on the region’s unique management challenges. Bringing together academics and practitioners from around the world, the conference will foster innovation, address key societal and organizational issues, and support the development of lasting research networks.

By analyzing the strategic, emotional, and relational dynamics embedded in family firms, this track aims to deepen understanding of how these enterprises innovate, adapt, and contribute to regional development.

knowledge, and opportunities. Submissions are encouraged to investigate how
entrepreneurs navigate these ecosystems, how social and professional ties influence
entrepreneurial outcomes, and how regional dynamics stimulate or constrain new
venture creation and scaling.
