Profesor del área de Análisis de Decisiones en IPADE Business School. Es candidato a Doctor en Analítica de Negocios y Operaciones por la Universidad de Pittsburgh (Estados Unidos, esperado en noviembre de 2025) e Ingeniero Industrial Magna Cum Laude por la Universidad del Istmo, Guatemala.
Ha trabajado en consultoría independiente en reingeniería de procesos y analítica de negocios en Nadalini & Asociados, y como fundador y director del programa Dejando Huella en San Arturo en la Universidad del Istmo.
En el ámbito académico, ha sido instructor en la Katz Graduate School of Business (University of Pittsburgh), colaborador académico en IPADE y profesor sustituto en la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad del Istmo. Sus publicaciones incluyen el artículo Selección, Pago y Evaluación de Información en Auditorías Sociales: un experimento conductual (SSRN, en revisión en MSOM), además de múltiples casos para la enseñanza en IPADE.
Ha recibido distinciones como el Premio al Estudiante Doctoral Robert N. Perloff por investigación en psicología y negocios (University of Pittsburgh), el Premio a la Excelencia Docente de la Familia Alexander por su desempeño como instructor (University of Pittsburgh) y el Premio a la Excelencia Académica al mejor promedio de su generación en la Universidad del Istmo.
