Es egresado del Executive MBA (MEDEX) de IPADE. Cuenta con una Maestría en Desarrollo Organizacional por la Universidad de Monterrey y es licenciado en Derecho por el Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). Ha complementado su formación con estudios especializados en instituciones de prestigio internacional como Columbia University (Valuación), Pepperdine University (Indagación Apreciativa) y la Universidad Iberoamericana (Marketing Estratégico).
Ha desempeñado como Director General en Avance Consultores, así como Socio Fundador de Glaciogalta. Fue también Director de Recursos Humanos en EFM Capital.
