Executive Management Program | AD-2

The program is focused on refining and perfecting the skills necessary at the highest level of leadership. It will help improve your ability to assess situations, establish appropriate policies and action plans, build and sustain leadership, and establish a better understanding of your organization.

The AD Program is designed for CEOs or business owners with at least five years of operational experience at large companies. This program will help you accelerate and boost your leadership skills and drive growth and success.

Pan-regional General Management Program | AD-R

The AD-R Program is an intensive program designed to accommodate the busy schedules of top executives, with sessions held every three weeks. The academic program and the faculty are the same as the weekly AD Program. Due to its more flexible format, business leaders from different states regularly participate in the program, enriching and encouraging networking with business communities in other regions.

Designed for functional managers with at least three years of experience reporting directly to the CEO or to Area Heads within large companies. This program is also appropriate for CEOs from smaller companies. The D-1 Program will help you develop a holistic vision of company operations, as well as the skills necessary to fulfill your management responsibilities.
